These emotional traumas stay with us, sometimes unknown and slowly cause us illness or destruction of our self worth.
Sooner or later these emotions will manifest into dis-harmony, for example anxiety, depression, fear, hatred, low self worth, migraines, unexplained fatigue, pain and helplessness.
At some point we become conscious that these emotions are connected to one or more events from our past and this is when we feel ready to release them, but where to begin?
An emotional healing session can help you address your past and heal these emotional and potential physical pains.
Some of the things I hope to help you learn are how to –
- Develop your sacred space, your “Spiritual Workshop”, a safe space to heal.
- Connect to your higher self to seek the anwers you need.
- Set good solid boundaries for yourself.
- Reinvent your true and authentic self.
- Become a calmer, less critical person.
- Become more productive.
- Be less self sabotaging.
- Calm your mind and find happiness in solitude.
- Let go of the past and any attachment to unhappiness.
When you start on your healing journey, repressed or forgotten emotions and experiences can come into your awareness, once you can work through these issues and begin to heal them, a new you emerges, one of love, love for yourself and others and it is an amazing feeling.
I too have walked the path healing the scars of my own childhood sexual, emotional and physical abuse. I hope to help you heal yours with techniques channeled to me from my own spiritual connections. It is a long road and sometimes a very lonely one and one that I don’t think we ever stop walking along and learning along the way.
Everyone’s journey is different, everyone’s pain is also different, my aim is to help you work with your own higher self to discover what it is you need personally to work on yours.
I will talk with you about your past and what issues are deep seated, sometimes you are not even aware of them, but we will unlock them and move forward to clearing them by chatting and giving you some deeper understanding of why things have happened and ways to see the learning from those experiences.
It is not about reliving the past, it is about removing your emotional attachment to it. This in turn brings you so much happiness. It’s not always easy to clear out the past issues that have been causing us pain for so long, however, I do promise that we will work at your own pace and I will make this as painless as possible, usually in the first session I can get a smile a laugh or a giggle from you, sometimes even a snort!
This is entirely up to you and you can have a session a week or work on some issues and come back in 6 months and work out some more. I am guided by you and how you are feeling.
